Diversity library

NAUFWP acknowledges that Fish and Wildlife programs must recognize their historical lack of diversity relative to gender and People of Color.  Our diversity initiatives represent a start in reconciling these historical issues and how we must do a better job in developing university programs that recognize lack of recognition of the value of diversity in education as well as our profession.  The following represents some literature that will be useful for those involved in Fish and Wildlife to engage in broach diversity issues at their universities and also in contemplating what each of us can do to move the needle in creating more inclusive programs.
